The first dish was the Braised Shark's Fin Soup with Shredded Chicken. It comes separately with two bowls and like any other chinese restaurant we can have the "free play" to add the suitable amount of vinegar and pepper up to one's preference. Loves the shredded chicken which comes on top of the bowl. However when it was being served, careless waitress dropped some shredded chicken onto the table.

Braised Whole Abalone with Broccoli was awesome. It comes with 3 kinds on a plate, a big black mushroom that was actually sliced 3/4 to its bottom, a big hard abalone and a piece of broccoli. The mushroom smells good and was easily manageable whereas for the abalone, i have to cut into small chunks and chew them as it was not that soft as I think.

I love the Steamed Cod Fish with Minced Garlic, the sauce/gravy was superb! It comes in a plate and was carefully divided by the waitress into 2 bowls. Cod fish was fresh and together with the sauce and Chinese parsley, it makes another good dish out of the set meal!

Double-boiled Hashima with Red Dates is the last dish as desserts. Served chill or warm as per customer's preference. It's definitely heavenly treat to oneself after a perfect chinese dinning!

Service
Service is somehow scary, I dont like the idea of staff "staring" at customers while they were enjoying the meal and having waitress/waiter giggling among themselves. Moreover, when we were being served, the waitress let out a loud sigh! This is definitely a no no when you work in a F&B industry.

The experience during our drive in was somehow different. We were greeted by heavy vehicles in the surroundings - it makes me seems like going to some factories or warehouses. The kind of "out of place" feeling. Luckily, they have a valet service and ensure that our vehicle is secured.

Ambience
A panaromic view of our PSA with restaurant revolving. Well, I can feel the restaurant is moving. It's easily noticeable.

I like the way I'm welcome by the spiral stairsways and red carpet up one level to the restaurant after reaching the 9th storey high by the lift. And in their toilet, we get one bird eye view of the PSA too.

Price
Considering a fine Chinese cuisine and its environment, I will say it is worth the money spent!

Recommendation / Tips
Since it is quite a quiet place, it will be good to sit and relax, just dine slowly and enjoy life. Maybe ask the staff stop staring at us will make everything perfect.

Try not to look on the floor if you have motion sickness.
There are great rooms for improvement for their staff's working style and attitude.
