I could not decide what to eat at Limbang the food court. After much pondering, I decided to settle for the duck rices something which I have not eaten for a long time. The duck rice was quite reasonably priced, like normal roast duck rice $3.50. The store keepers were very efficient, one chopped the duck very quite while the other prepared the rice and the gravy. The duck rice was quite reasonably priced, like normal roast duck rice $3.50. The store keepers were very efficient, one chopped the duck very quite while the other prepared the rice and the gravy. Once the one cutting the duck placed the duck onto the rice. The other guy immediately wrapped the packet up. Very efficient, I got my food in no time. The duck rice was pretty good. I like most is their gravy. It was pretty tasty, most importantly not too oily. The duck was very tender. I like their skin, a little crispy and not too fatty. Their sambal is specially packed in little containers. It was not too spicy as well. Goes absolutely well with the duck.
