Yet the chicken meat is moist like blanched chicken. In order words these fried chicken looked like roasted chicken with its moisted meat like the blanched chicken.
All chicken meat are deboned unless otherwise requested by customer.
For this order, I have included in my chicken rice a deboned roasted chicken drum and a roasted chicken wing.
Totalling S$4.50 for my lunch.
