Safe choice for a quick lunch

There's a good range of Western and local cuisine at Cine Cafe. I've been here before but this time round I ordered the Carbonara pasta ($11). The portion was pretty all right and they were quite generous with the cream sauce - which was rather rich and garlicky. I can't say the same for the ingredients like the bacon and ham bits though...
