Salmon Bibimbab ($5.00)It is the first I see a stall selling the salmon version. Pork, chicken, beef version I have heard before but never salmon. There is shredded carrot, seaweed, bean sprouts, shredded cucumber, bean paste, pan fried salmon accompanying plain rice. The dish is topped with a fried egg with quite uncooked yolk. It is served with a bowl of miso soup and kimchi for side dish. Mixing the dish up, it tastes not bad. Quite healthy with a lot of vegetables.
