I like this chinese pancake, I remembered my mother used to buy this back for us for supper or breakfast the next morning. This time round I got myself the sambal+carrot+ egg pancake. It was very cheap, only $1.50. the pancake is the normal bee chiang kueh size, but instead of the normal peanut or coconut toppings, they add savoury topping. The sambal was really good, you can still eat the dried prawn. The pancake is so chewy goes well with the egg. I think the sambal combination does work!
