Sin Tian Di Steamboat Seafood Restaurant (Closed)

This seafood restaurant has quite many dishes that I love to eat. But if i really need to choose one among them, I will definitely prefer their sambal stingray. The stingray is very fresh and juicy, and love those special made sambal chilli sauce that has been used to cook this dish. It is very spicy and very fragrant too. Per plate is good to serve at least two to three adults. Only cooked upon order, so the freshest stingray is definitely serve to your table.
