Same outlet but diff taste

Koi Café is my No 1 bubble tea in singapore i tried a few outlet like toa payoh,bishan,bugis,amk i find that only this outlet taste is abit diffas usual i ordered green milk tea with 70% sugar IT was abit diluted & tastelessfelt like im drinking plain water with ice for this outlet overall i rate 2/10
