I always love the decoration of ths soup restaurant as it is very traditional and gives me a homely feeling. One of the dish that I would normally order will be the Samsui chicken. This is one of their signature dish.The samsui chicken was steamed to perfection as the meat was tender and not dry. To me, the skin of the chicken was the most delicious part as it is so smooth. The dish comes with lettuce and the ginger sauce. You must dip the chicken into the ginger sauce to bring out the full flav

Aternatively, you can also wrap it in lettuce with or wothout the ginger sauce. The lettuce is real crunchy and fresh. Great combination.
This outlet is very crowded during weekends. Be prepared to queue.
