My friend and I were shopping at Raffles City and he recommended me to try this Ramen restaurant at the basement food hall. The queue was short and we were seated within 15 minutes.I ordered the Sapporo Miso Ramen, the price was similar to other ramen restaurant at about $15. The Sapporo Miso Ramen had a piece of char siew and an hot spring egg. The miso based soup was not as thick and flavourful as other Ramen restaurants, it was light. The char siew though only given one piece, was rather big

My friend and I were shopping at Raffles City and he recommended me to try this Ramen restaurant at the basement food hall. The queue was short and we were seated within 15 minutes.

I ordered the Sapporo Miso Ramen, the price was similar to other ramen restaurant at about $15. The Sapporo Miso Ramen had a piece of char siew and an hot spring egg. The miso based soup was not as thick and flavourful as other Ramen restaurants, it was light. The char siew though only given one piece, was rather big in size. It was not as fatty and tasted slightly braised. The noodle was cooked just right and was springy in texture.

Overall, I prefer a thicker Ramen soup, hence this Ramen restaurant was not suitable for me.
