Ordered the Daikokuya Ramen and Spicy Miso Ramen. Like all good ramen, the soup is thick and flavourful. The Daikokuya ramen tasted saltier than the Spicy miso ramen in my opinion. Using tonkotsu pork base, the ramen is firm in texture and comes with kirobuta pork belly, marinated boiled egg and other garnishes like leek and spring onions. The pork is tough to bite. Angmokia is in a ramen craze and i was working in raffles city and remembered that recently there are a few places open there so brought this there on a weekend when it was empty. Was very happy to know that he loves the ramen. I had previously came here before and i like their big salad which are fresh and value for money.
