Putien has many branches and the one in Tampines Mall is always crowded on weekends and during peak dinner hours. Putien offers Heng Hwa cuisine. I had the Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon. The rice noodles were very thin and the entire plate was filled with many ingredients like shrimp and squid. The fried bee hoon was good because the noodles have been fried before being immersed in the flavourful broth. The portion was a little small though so go for the medium sized one.
