To clear the thought for those who are still having such misconception, only Hainanese Boneless rice will have the bone taken off from the meat. I had the special meal which comes with a good portion of rice and chicken, also with braised Tau Gua as well as half a slice of the egg. The skin of roasted chicken looks a little dry and tasted rather salty, not to my liking. However to average out the scores, their price was pretty fragrant and not too oily.
