I always like this stall either You Tiao/ Butterfly or the Red Bean Bun!It is because they make it freshly as you can see from the pictures below. The same uncle will roll the pastry and then drop it into the deep frying pan. Then they will put to cool down awhile before selling it therefore making sure customer eat the best quality of their food!Anyway every weekends there will be queue and this time round the YouTiao is sold out before i reaches.
