Cold noodles Set ($5)

The cold noodles is super nice! The noodles are springy and the vegetables (beansprouts & cucumber) are very crunchy, adding a nice touch. You can choose up to 3 types of meat for this set. I chose beef, pork belly and pork ears. The meat are all thinly sliced but still maintains chewiness. Yum!

I also ordered a Ma La soup ($5) to share with my friend. For the soup, you can choose the level of spiciness you want, I chose the mildest. The soup is quite salty and spicy, and will cause your tongue to go numb (ma la).

There are also lots of ingredients in the soup, such as luncheon meat, potato, lotus roots, seaweed, black fungus, tong feng, cabbage, beancurd & cauliflower. Very well worth for money!

Highly recommended if you are into Sichuan food!
