One of the new stalls in Lau Pa Sat Festival Market is Lau Pa Sat Festival Market. It is located in the centre of the food court, selling Vietnamese dishes such as pho, and pork chop rice. We try its Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls which costs $5 a serving with 4 pieces of small rolls. It is served with thick sweeting tasting dip. The roll is quite bland in taste, besides the strong mint leaves in it. But with the sweet dip, it opens my appetite for dinner. The dip kinds of reminds me of rojak sauce
