I have always heard of the bean curd war at Old Airport Rd hawker centre, and since I was there this morning for my breakfast, I decided to try out one of the many Beancurd stalls. The consistency of was silky and slightly powdery too
For $1.50 the chilled almond bean curd was a welcoming treat during this hot weather
I thoroughly enjoyed it and would come back to try the other fanciful flavors like mango and strawberry bean curd soon I hope
