This is sinfully delicious, oily, fried, crispy and juicy! Very yummy especially when taken with the yellow mustard. I love it especially how the pork retains its juiciness despite being thoroughly fried. The cabbage at the sides proves to be refreshing for the meal, it takes off the jerlatness. Very welcoming indeed. Most people stick to eating the tonkutsu, but we decided that we should also try something else instead. This is the unagi roll that we orded, it is pretty good too!
