Beef Pepper Rice - $6.50 (student promotion). I love to eat at Pepper Lunch after school, because they have special price for students. With this student meal, I only needed to pay $6.50 for my Beef Pepper Rice, besides, drink is already included. Quite affordable right? I always add grated cheese (+$0.90) to complete my meal, because I like it when the cheese become melted as I pour it on the pan.
