I had Western at some of the coffee shops before and often then not they were very stringy on the sauce - they tend to give little sauce on top of the chicken chop. I believe some of you share the same experience.

But at Ilmaz Western, the sauce was the key! This was my first time having such a saucing Western. The fries, the vegetables, the chicken and the mashed potato were all soak in the delicious peppery sauce!

Everything was nice - the mashed potato was mashed finely, the chicken was not fatty, the fries was crispy and the vegetable with the sauce was perfect!

Despite being a one man show who cook and serve, service was quick even with demand.

This is one of the breathtaking western stall in a coffee shop!
