Whenever I visit this restaurant, I will definitely ordered my favourite dish, which is their smoked pork bao. This signature bao is placed in the usual steam bun bamboo round container, which the white bun is soft and moist in texture. The added cucumber certainly has added the crunchiness to it and the crispy shallots is not really that stingy, but is really fragrant and enhance the taste of the juicy pork meat. The added cucumber certainly has added the crunchiness to it and the crispy shallots is not really that stingy, but is really fragrant and enhance the taste of the juicy pork meat. At $19 per serving, is quite expensive but still worth the price for its good quality. I also like to order their banana fritters ($17) which is crispy and not too oily too.
