A colleague of mine was the one who introduced this brunch place to me. I was hooked when I was told that they have red velvet pancakes. Even if it was in Bukit Timah, and if my geograpy skills are correct, I live on the other side of Singapore, I paid a visit to this restaurant.Once I entered, I told the waiter that I didnt make any reservations but it wasn't a problem--there were only a few people dining there on a Saturday morning. A colleague of mine was the one who introduced this brunch place to me. I was hooked when I was told that they have red velvet pancakes. Even if it was in Bukit Timah, and if my geograpy skills are correct, I live on the other side of Singapore, I paid a visit to this restaurant.

Once I entered, I told the waiter that I didnt make any reservations but it wasn't a problem--there were only a few people dining there on a Saturday morning. I was free to choose whichever table I wanted and I chose one that was tucked in a corner.

I then ordered the raved about red velvet pancakes and to wash it down, the iced lemon tea. The pancakes weren't too thick, which for me, was a plus. Why? Because at least the butter would seep inside the mixture. It was also served with ice cream and fresh strawberry slices. Yum! There were 3 pancakes and I finished them all!

The iced tea was alright. It seemed like the ice melted too much that there weren't a lot of taste left.
