The FoodI ordered the traditional soon kueh (steamed Chinese dumpling with rice flour skin and chopped turnip filling) which is handmade on the spot and served piping hot. As I bite into the soon kueh, I feel that the ingredients inside are very fresh and tasty and was amazed by the generous variety and superior quality of the ingredients which ranged from crunchy turnip strips to mushroom, carrot and fragrant dried shrimps.
