This is one of the really good fried oyster around. I would definitely prefer this to the other famous one at Whampoa Food Centre. The portion is always more generous with more oysters. We ordered an $8.00 plate and waited about 5 minutes for it to be served. The egg was nicely fried with its crispiness still intact, not too oily but rather fragrant. The oysters were rather big, juicy and most importantly, fresh. The oysters were definitely of much bigger sizes than most of its competitors. When

When you eat the egg, the oyster with spring onions at one go, you can taste the nicely blend of flavors.
