If you happen to pass by any outlets of old Chang kee, do check it out their Sotong ring sticks. These sotongs are freshly prepared daily before are coated with a thick layer of starch before bring to deep fry. The texture of it is really chewy and the Sotong meat is very juicy and not too tough.
