What I like about The Soup Spoon is that they come up with new soup specials every month. What I like about The Soup Spoon is that they come up with new soup specials every month. For the month of August, they had the French Ratatouille, Braised Chicken with Wolfberries and Daun Salam, and A Mid-Summer Night's Beef Stew.

Since I want something healthy, I tried the French Ratatouille, while my companions tried the other 2. It was served really hot, which was good because it was freezing inside their outlet at Tiong Bahru. It was also served with a small piece of bread which was yummy especially when you dip it in the soup.

Anyway, the soup was really thick and was just served generously with potatoes, carrots, beans, peas, zucchini, and other veggies minced to mix well with the sauce. It wasn't salty as they do not use MSG in all their soups. =D Over all, I enjoyed my soup at The Soup Spoon. Cannot wait to come back to try the others.
