While walking back from a shopping/eating trip at IMM, I decided to pop by Paul Bakery. This time I got the Tartelette Citron ($7.30) which is essentially a lemon cream tartlet. The cream on top seems to be made of meringue since it is quite light tasting. Meanwhile the lemon curd that fills the tart inside is super sour. I like the crumbly base as it adds some texture to the whole tart. Overall it is a sweet and sour tart, with the sweet cream and sour lemon curd. The bakery has a small alfresco

The bakery has a small alfresco dining area for patrons, while there is also a restaurant next to it for customers who are dining in. I think it is a bit different from the Ngee Ann City outlet where dining area for both the patisserie and the restaurant is combined together. However the staffs here were quite friendly and helpful.
