Loved eating Thai food. Was reding up OpenRice and found one in Tampines. I had Pork Basil rice with sunny side up and Thai mango salad.When the food was served I can smell the fragrant rice and pipping hot Pork with basil. The smell sure makes me feel hungry. The pork cooked just right not overly cooked or undercooked. The smell and taste of the basil does not outshone the main dish. No doubt this dish is cooked with chilli padi it does not taste spicy. Mango taste sweet and the onion complements the overall taste. The chilli padi blends well as it's not overly spicy but just nice to have the after burn sensation on the tongue.Post
