My first visit to Starbucks at JEM. I ordered my Red Bean Green Tea Latte with a slice of cake; I choose the Raspberry White Chocolate Cheese Brulee. Well, I will first elaborate on the food; the cake was sweet and creamy. There is a very strong cheesy aftertaste. I am not a cheese cake lover, but i really like the cheesy taste left on my tastebuds.The raspberry add a little sourness to the cake, which prevent people for getting sick after eating it. Well, I will first elaborate on the food; the cake was sweet and creamy. There is a very strong cheesy aftertaste. I am not a cheese cake lover, but i really like the cheesy taste left on my tastebuds.
The raspberry add a little sourness to the cake, which prevent people for getting sick after eating it. Next is the drink, the green tea latte is as usual nice and creamy, leaving a mild leafy aftertaste and chewing red beans were all fat and chewy. Every bite allows some red bean 'juice' to squeeze out of it.
The environment is very cozy, although is a small outlet in a corner, you will have a home-like feel there.
