Having a long time we didn’t come for this steam fish head, we wanted to have it tonight. I almost got lost of the stall as it stuck in rolls of the hawkers. Finally we found it and placed our order. We have Hongkong style and a dish of garlic jie lan. The fish head was steamy hot when served, flesh was cooked just right, not too old or semi raw, taste right too. We liked Hongkong style because it was simple in taste, we could know how fresh was the fish. Garlic jie lan was green and light

We have Hongkong style and a dish of garlic jie lan. The fish head was steamy hot when served, flesh was cooked just right, not too old or semi raw, taste right too. We liked Hongkong style because it was simple in taste, we could know how fresh was the fish. Garlic jie lan was green and lightly garlicky, they cut away the hard bit of the stem which made the jie lan easy to eat. We didn’t taste any msg.

We will definitely return as we like to eat this kind of food.
