All were tasty and opened up our appetites. Again, I suppose it was done to differentiate themselves from the rest of the steamboat places in the vicinity.

They provided a variety of soup-bases from which we chose the spicy Mala soup and pork belly soup. Personally, I liked the super-spicy soup base at herebut my dining partners who have a more localized palate preferred the one from other steamboat stall.
