I guess it's an auspicious dish, so many people would order the suckling pig on a gathering. This one was huge, and well done, the skin crispy thin although very fatty, with a thick layer of fats beneath. I think the suckling pig from old hong kong is comparable to that of ah yat at turfcity. We also had the roast chicken, which was quite nicely roasted and went well with the sauce they provided.
