Swensen's is one of the only few restaurants that I visit every month because of their wide variety of food and the great taste that comes with it.Lying to myself that I will workout tomorrow, I ordered the Fried Fish with Apricot Mayo. Swensen's is one of the only few restaurants that I visit every month because of their wide variety of food and the great taste that comes with it.

Lying to myself that I will workout tomorrow, I ordered the Fried Fish with Apricot Mayo. It's also my first time trying this dish. In a matter of minutes, I was presented with two big slices of fish, freshly fried fries, and a cup of coleslaw.

The fish was fried really well, and it was still crispy till the last bite. What I dislike most about eating fish dishes like this is that the meat simply just falls apart or separates itself from the skin when I attempt to cut it with my knife, but not for this fried fish; it holds up nicely, and the meat is still soft and juicy.

As a member of Swensen's, I get to enjoy $1 top-up for any drinks (except yoghurt), so I got myself a cup of Malted Milk Shake. I highly recommend this drink because they will blend an ice cream of your choice with milk, and you get to enjoy your ice cream desert and your main course together without worrying about melting ice creams.

In Conclusion, the Fried Fish with Apricot Mayo is a little oily (as with all fried food), but it's worth trying.
