i had a fried fish with Apricot mayo at swensen's in Jurong Point. This is the first time i'm trying this dish at swensens (mostly i stick to the baked rice). The fried fish was a little over fried making it quite hard rather than crispy. And i felt that adding extra mayo on top was unnecessary seeing as theres already a side container with apricot mayo in it. I taste a bit of the apricot mayo and promptly stayed off it. Perhaps its because i'm not very fond of apricot, but i felt that the two just didn't seem to mix. The fries were also soggy which is good for those who like soggy fries - though i did not like them that way.
The ques at Swensens in jurong point are really quite long so do go early if you wan't a seat and do not sit around for too long after your food is cleared because you're gonna get dirty looks from those in the que if you do so.Post
