The service here is quite polite and efficient. The quality at Swiss Bake, like at Bread talk, is usually consistent and reliable. Swiss Bake must use more preservatives since their cakes seem to sit on the shelves for quite a few days. Everytime I go by, the same cakes are sitting in the same position.I do see quite a few people buying a few cakes during the weekends, straight off the shelves. Maybe it's more expensive so the turnover isn't as fast as it should be.
