Ordered two dishes for takeaway to 加菜 for dinner. Sweet and sour pork ribs $9This is a typical dish available at all tse char stalls. The pork ribs were quite well marinated and fried till slightly burnt at the corners. Meat is tender and the sweet & sour sauce tasted pretty good. Nice dish.
