The Quacks (S$4.90)
Black pepper smoked duck with a good mix of cucumber and the ever popular hoisin sauce.
The cucumber added a crunch and refreshing to the slightly peppery duck slices.
Seafood fiesta (S$5.90)
Prawns and snow crab, smothered with mayonnaise, on a bed of fragrant saffron sushi rice.
It was a rich creamy mixture of seafood, well balanced by the slightly tasty rice.
Overall not bad although one felt it was a tab expensive for such a small roll.
