I brought my family and girlfriend to taste paradise to yum cha as well as to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The dim sum there is really superb! The chee cheong fan is not like the normal ones you eat outside where it put sweet sauce on it. This one is drenched with a special gravy. The gravy is sweetish and saltish. But not too salty.
