This time round, we had the Crispy roast pork belly served with mustard sauce for appetizer. The meat is well-seasoned yet slightly dry I reckon, but fortunate enough the skin is very crispy. Baked fried rice with seafood served on lotus leaf ($22) is a surprise. It has a plain appearance, but very delicious. Sauteed scallops topped with crab meat and roe ($44) is delicious. The scallops are coated with shrimp paste at one side, and slightly deep-fried before stir-fried and topped with generous amount of crab meat and roe and egg sauce.

We ordered the promotion item Flambe superior bird's nest with partridge broth served in young coconut ($48). The presentation is so attractive. Served in young coconut with a flammable bedding, the heat releases the fragrant of coconut, and sort of making the broth slightly creamy. Taste wise, it is good! Very good!
