I am being treated a wide spread of food of this stall at the famed Maxwell Market by Open Rice. The grains of rice are robust in consistency. The chili sauce packed a punch and not overwhelmed by vinegar. The steamed chicken is deboned and chopped into huge and juicy pieces. Love the way the baby bak choi and bean sprouts are been prepared here, cooked just nice, not too raw unlike most places are.
