Teochew Porridge is different from congee as it is more like cooked rice soaked in broth.This bowl of clear & tasty soup consists of 6 slices of fish on top of the rice broth. This bowl of clear & tasty soup consists of 6 slices of fish on top of the rice broth. Sprinkle with fried shallot, spring onion and lettuce. The fish slice is not very fishy and it is nice with a dip of cut chilli soya sauce.

The stall sells other items like fish head soup and fish ball noodle. I personally prefer their soup items compared to their dry Mee Poh. This is because the dry version does not have a nice accompany sauce to mix well with the noodle.
