This is called Woon Sen Tom Yum Kang, Glass noodle with crayfish in red Tom Yum soup! This is quite a reasonable bowl for 1 person meal. I think it is suitable to eat it for lunch or dinner. The special feature of this is the crayfish, it is tender and fresh whereby you bite it is really nice!The chilli and all makes the soup taste ! ~ and for me is not really spicy.. YUMMY!
