i have always wanted to stay in hong kong, imagine all the yummy dim sum restaurant at ur door steps. in singapore, it is quite hard to find a delicious dim sum restaurant not to mention one that u dun need to queue. my uncle was kind enough to bring me with his family to red star for a yummy breakfast. when we reached there, the queue was long! but after a while we got a table and managed to order our food!

i simply long siew mai and their siew mai tasted really good! the meat they used is really fresh and very tasty. the yellow coating skin does not stick to ur teeth when u bite into it. awesome!

the har gao is really good too, the prawn they used is really fresh and succulent! wrapped with the thin skin, very yummy and juicy.

the char siew bao was really yummy too. the bao is soft and fluffy and light too, the chr siew is very tasty. i really hates those char siew pao with fat meats inside, but this one just uses tender lean meat!

the yam cake is quite good too. the restaurant is very generous with their yam. they used large chunks of yam, dipped into the sauce and u will keep wanting for more.

no wonder their is a long queue out there, the food is indeed splendid!
