I used to hang out at the NYDC branch in Holland Village during my secondary school days, but seldom go there anymore. Over the years, they have revamped their menu several times already but "The Meatball That Ate Manhattan" ($17.50) is one of their classic dishes that remained. The whole focus of this dish is the impressively huge meatball that sits on top of a bed of spaghetti. For its size, the meat was quite tender and well-cooked all the way through. The marinara sauce was pretty standard though. This outlet at Wheelock Place was pretty quiet on a weekday at lunchtime and an ideal place to have a nice quiet lunch.
