My friend recommended me to this newly opened restaurant at Causeway Point. The restaurant is quite packed & the queue is quite long during a weekday.We ordered the signature fish & chips set for each which it comes with a bowl of "soup of the day"(mushroom soup) & a glass of soft drinks (ice lemon tea).Wow~ it looks so yummy when it is being served. Wow~ it looks so yummy when it is being served. Firstly, I tried the mushroom soup.. It is thick & creamy, it tasted so good Follow by the main dish.. fish & chips. The fish is so hard when bite as if it is not well cooked. After one bite on the first piece, I give up & try another piece.. same it's hard so give up again, so try the last piece.. cannot make it so end up give up all. But I finished up the fries as it tasted so much better than the fish
We brought this up to the waiter but he explained that the fish is probably not fully thaw before frying so it is hard. We were still charged full with the 10% service charge & 7% GST. We were given a $1 voucher but there is only 1 voucher so my friend threw it away since she told me she will never return to the restaurant again. As for me, maybe after a longer time I'll try another outlet but will not order the same dish again.
