My colleague recalled a Korean restaurant at the basement of Chevron House which was "always crowded". Being the "queue-conscious" Singaporeans we were, we left our office at the indecently hour of 12pm to get seats at the restaurant. I wish the ventilation of the restaurant was better, because the food was authentic hearty Korean fare. My Seafood stew (Bean Paste/Tofu Soup) set came with a bowl of rice and two sides - kimchi and this noodle/rice cake thing. Pretty satisfying at $11.
