Definitely not my first visit here as they've been here since vivocity open in December 2006. Ever since their opening, i've fell in love with the food in shin. We wanted to order their dinner set (from 6pm onwards) but we were way too early like 5pm for dinner. My top recommendation from this restaurant is none other than Buta Bara (Charcoal Grill). Another love of mine from here is their salmon sashimi. I'm ultra particular about the freshness. Over here, they served thick, fat slabs of salmon sashimi on a bowl of ice.
Garlic Rice is a must have too, ultra fragrant. We decide to pair the garlic rice with tonkatsu (doesn't taste good and we still prefers tonkichi's).
In conclusion, it was a great dinner with great food and great ambience; with seating by the windows over at the restaurant overlooking RWS and the habourfront port. Definitely coming back again.
