The soup of the Tonkotsu Ramen was a little light as compared to many other ramen restaurant. There was green vegetables and black fungus in the soup. I would prefer they gave bean spourt and chopped spring onions instead.

The egg was braised and the yolk was watery, it tasted good. The char siew tasted more of braised than grilled and was fatty at the sides. The noodles was normal ramen, slightly springy.

Overall, I guess I would be ordering their Don instead of Ramen the next time I dine there.
