My family and I were at the airport and had only 20 minutes left to grab a quick bite in the morning before going on board. Surroundings also included Polar, Soup Spoon, sushi, etc but we decided on having kaya toast instead. The kaya toast are of the traditional ones, thin slices of bread, charcoal toasted and spread with sliced butter and kaya(a.k.a. coconut egg jam). It was pretty good, the bread wasn't too hard and was crispy to my liking. The kaya was fragrant too and not too sweet.
