I was here at Scape with another friend to support our friends at a school competition. It was 20 minutes to 10 and we weren't sure what to eat. I was here at Scape with another friend to support our friends at a school competition. It was 20 minutes to 10 and we weren't sure what to eat. We wanted to make it quick and dine at somewhere nearby so that we wouldn't miss the next performance. Hence we took one level down and settled on Sakae Sushi. I thought that I wouldn't want to try the colored plates anymore as I was certain the standard had really dropped compared to years ago, so I ordered the Udon instead. It was the pork slices udon that came accompanied with a fried tempura. The noodles were chewy soft but not lumpy, retaining the noodle's natural texture. The soup was alright tasting though the pork slices made the soup really oily and the meat was a little salty. The fried tempura was the best part though, freshly fried and crunchy revealing a fresh prawn inside. Overall it was not too bad, beats having many ordinary colored plates sushi for dinner instead.
